Seeing Between the Lines

1978 Maplewood Arts Center is proud to present Seeing Between the Lines, an exhibit where the media, technique, or presentation compels you to look again and “SEE “ that there is more than what was initially perceived.

You may see an illusion of strands or braids of hair that are painted – not photographed or lace that is dry point etched –not collaged.

View artwork which lunges forward when seen though a 3D lens and spatial elements which are not abstracted lines and shapes, but rather structural landforms.

The exhibit was curated by Eleta Caldwel.

Seeing Between the Lines runs from Sunday, October 30th through November 27th, 1978 Maplewood Arts Center

Opening reception Sunday, October 30th, 2 to 6pm
